In December 2008 Bill Harvey OutdoorScapes completed
the application process and was awarded the distinction
of Certified Aquascape Contractor (CAC) by Aquascape,
Inc., of St. Charles, IL, North America’s
leading innovator in the water feature industry.

Certified Aquascape Contractors are the most qualified
and informed pond installers in the water garden
industry. All are required to attend continual education
seminars and training programs and to maintain a
proven record of outstanding work and dedicated
customer service. CACs must earn fifty CEU Credits
every two years following the initial award in order
to maintain CAC status with Aquascape, Inc.
In order to become a CAC, an in-depth application
process that includes customer referrals, photographs
of successfully completed water features and the
required educational credits from attendance at
pond builds, educational seminars, advanced pond
camps assuring that the CAC has the knowledge and
ability to “build ponds right!” Applications
are assessed by Aquascape, Inc. representatives
and a review board made up of other established
CACs.
